The beginning was in Bahri area of Street Al-Hajjari, was a meeting place for all classes of Egyptian, Arab and even international society because of its original Oriental character, followed by the opening of the Al-Ajami branch and finally the Smouha branch, which added and developed the art of fish and seafood industry in addition to the art of grilling industry.
